Line of Business: Commercial Lending Operations
Location USA: Naperville (2 days on site)
Contract duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $70-75/hr.
Extension likelihood: Yes
Possibility of conversion to FTE: Maybe based on headcount approval
Working hours: 40 hr/week Monday to Fri 9 to 5
Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly on W2 Commercial Lending operation with 5-10 years of minimum experience Automation and Digitalization Strategy with 4-5 years of minimum experience Business Analyst with 10+ years of minimum experience Prior experience with Banking or Finance Industry is a must for this position Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science is mandatory Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Green belt certification or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma experience Experience in the Commercial Lending sector Experience with a large boutique consulting firm Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal Business Analysts and SMEs to implement improvement plans Work with Project Delivery and Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives Analyze current state processes and propose end state processes Provide operations expertise in project design and execution Deliver project/program results aligned with group goals Utilize Lean Process Improvement skills Company Benefits & Culture
