Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Manager Relationship Management, Crypto Vertical to join our ever‑evolving Global Relationship Management team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Senior Manager Relationship Management, Crypto Vertical
Lead, coach and develop a global team of 6+ Relationship Managers responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with over 60 existing clients in our Crypto vertical.
Set and execute strategic plans, sales goals and performance objectives to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Oversee the implementation of sales policies, incentive compensation and performance development, collaborating closely with Human Resources on employee‑related matters.
Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research and recommend strategies to expand our presence and value proposition within the crypto payments space.
Foster long‑term client relationships, monitor client feedback and respond proactively to ensure positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing, globally distributed teams in the payments industry, with direct exposure to crypto products or services.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess the value of complex deals and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales and financial targets, including developing tactical and strategic plans to create and close product/service opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to engage with clients and team members around the world.
Estimated annual salary range:
$161,800 – $240,700
