This is a great opportunity for a Documentation Specialist providing support to the Engineering and Manufacturing Groups in a fast growing company. Duties/Responsibilities: Initiate and process changes through completion within PLM system (Arena) Data entry and data maintenance for PLM (Arena), PCT/PDB (IPG Applications) and ERP (MS Dynamics-NAV) systems Component and assembly revision level maintenance in PDM (SolidWorks) Review and upload documents Create Part Numbers upon request Obtain and maintain External Standards Order Standards as requested Maintain Standards log Training record creation, tracking and maintenance for new hires and training related to Changes
