Executive Assistant

Support the president/CEO with discretion while upholding and exceeding Crossroads Bank's service standards. Build executive relationships and enhance organizational efficiency. Major Duties: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records Performing minor accounting duties (processing ACH returns daily) Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Learn and understand digital banking operations and auxiliary services to promote efficient customer support and ensure smooth transactions Compose board minutes and maintain the board portal Maintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements as applicable, including BSA/OFAC Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Superb verbal and written communication skills Experience managing complex schedules and maintaining high-level business relationships Ability to report to multiple people Proactivity and self-direction Problem-solving and decision making Physical Qualifications: Be able to lift &/or carry up to 30 lbs. Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
