LaSalle Network is partnering with a nationally recognized grocery retailer to expand their high-volume Call Center Customer Service team. We are seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to provide phone-based support for customers regarding grocery delivery services and in-store inquiries. Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a structured call center setting Assist customers with grocery delivery concerns, including missing, damaged, or expired items Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, store policies, and restock timelines Accurately document call details and update customer records in real time Meet performance metrics including call quality, handle time, and attendance standards Provide professional, solution-focused support to ensure a positive customer experience Qualifications
Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred Comfortable navigating multiple systems and Google Chrome simultaneously Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities If you are looking to join a structured call center team where you can make an immediate impact while developing your customer service skills, we encourage you to apply today. 1st shift for the first 3-4 weeks Schedule after Training: You will work 5 days a week for 8-hour shifts between 8 am 10 pm (you will receive your schedule upon offer). 1-2 weekend days will be required.
