
Call Center Customer Service Representative
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Remote Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Job Description: AtWork Conroe is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative with a reputable client. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information. Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems. Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Process orders, returns, and service requests. Meet or exceed call center performance metrics (call volume, response time, customer satisfaction). Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience required. Good communication skills. Basic computer skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude.
