Our client is a global engineering and manufacturing organization with over a century of expertise delivering highly engineered test and industrial solutions used across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing environments. They are expanding their Technical Sales team and looking for an early-career professional who wants to learn how complex engineered products are sold, supported, and delivered to customers around the world. This is an onsite, collaborative role where you'll work side-by-side with experienced sales professionals and engineers
gaining real exposure, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities. What You'll Do
As a Junior Technical Sales Representative, you'll be actively involved in the sales process from day one: Support customer inquiries and technical product discussions Learn how engineered solutions are applied across automotive and industrial environments Assist with quotes, proposals, and technical documentation Collaborate closely with engineering, applications, and manufacturing teams Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and internal strategy discussions Maintain CRM activity and support ongoing sales initiatives Occasionally support trade shows or customer visits (minimal travel) This role is ideal if you want hands-on experience, not just administrative exposure. Who This Role Is For
Early-career professionals with 05 years of experience Internship, co-op, or entry-level experience in: Technical sales Engineering or applications support Manufacturing or industrial environments Strong interest in technical products and customer-facing work Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team setting Curious, motivated, and eager to learn from experienced professionals A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
