Responsibilities include assisting customers with buying, & selling residential properties, providing expert real estate guidance, and maintaining a customer-focused approach. The role also includes managing property listings, conducting market analysis, and supporting customers throughout the negotiation and closing processes with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and associated practices.
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
Familiarity with local real estate markets or geographic knowledge of Flagler, Volusia, and St. John's counties is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with real estate technology tools and platform management is a plus.
