The Executive Director will own:
Strategic direction and market expansion
Full financial accountability and P&L performance
Census stability and length-of-stay optimization
SNF, ALF, and physician referral development
Regulatory compliance and Joint Commission readiness
Board-level reporting and executive visibility
Ideal Background:
7+ years healthcare leadership
3–5+ years hospice leadership
Demonstrated census growth
Experience developing longer stays
Proven marketing success to SNF/ALF/physicians
Program builder mindset
