Your role and responsibilities We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) Strategy team as MarTech Strategy Senior Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, marketing operations, and global enterprise strategy, bringing technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills to the table.

As the MarTech Strategy Senior Specialist, you will help define and implement Marketing’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with the MarTech Strategy Lead and the CIO. You will inform strategic planning, intake, and prioritization of MarTech initiatives that drive marketing transformation and enterprise growth based on alignment with business goals and prioritization.

This position is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience in marketing technologies that are core to revenue operations, has a strong ability to work cross‑functionally across senior stakeholders, and can champion meaningful change to drive optimization across systems and processes.

Required technical and professional expertise

5-7 years in marketing operations with direct influence on technology decisions or in a marketing technologist role.

Proven experience defining and executing MarTech strategies for enterprise B2B organizations with democratized execution.

Strong technical acumen with expertise in MarTech platforms (e.g., Marketo, Workfront, AEP, AJO, AEM, Knak, Webinar/Event Platforms and Salesforce) in support of Revenue Operations.

Experience with B2B marketing systems and enterprise integration.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex technology ecosystems and workflows with an AI first approach.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and diverse capability needs.

Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to lead independent initiatives.

Familiarity with emerging RevTech trends and AI‑driven marketing workflows.
