Description We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities What You’ll Do

Connect with buyers, understand their goals, and guide them through the entire home-buying process

Meet clients in person, schedule and conduct showings, and host open houses

Help buyers with financing options, budgeting, and decision-making

Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to closing

Follow up with leads and build relationships in the community

Use CRM systems and team tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client progress

Prospect and generate seller leads through networking, outreach, and community presence

List homes, coordinate marketing strategies, and manage seller expectations

Conduct listing appointments and prepare pricing and market analysis

Coordinate professional photography, staging, and property promotion

Negotiate offers and guide sellers through the entire closing process

Collaborate with the team to maximize exposure and results

Team Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with team members to share strategies, ideas, and opportunities

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, teammates, and partners

Stay informed on Marco Island and the surrounding market trends, pricing, and inventory

Represent Steve Purcell and Companies and RE/MAX Alliance Group with professionalism and integrity

Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market

Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results

Qualifications

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

Experience with the local real estate market and general trends

Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation $100,000+
