Our people are at the heart of everything we do—collaborative, forward-thinking, and driven to make a difference.Currently we are recruiting a ****Cluster IT Manager for Germany, Switzerland and Benelux.****The IT Manager – serves as a key liaison between in-country IT operations and the Sub Region Head of IT. This role is responsible for escalating local demands, issues, and risks, while coordinating the execution of prioritized IT activities across matrix teams and local resources.**Key Accountabilities*** Escalate in-country business and IT demands to the Sub Region Head of IT for prioritization and alignment.* Identify and escalate critical issues and risks that may impact service delivery or project execution.* Gives input to Head of Delivery on upcoming project demand, as well as portfolio status* Coordinate the in-country matrix team to ensure effective execution of prioritized IT activities* Collaborate with local infrastructure and application teams to deliver business-critical initiatives.* Maintain clear and proactive communication and collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and address business needs.* Track progress of prioritized activities and ensure timely delivery in alignment with business expectations.* Contribute to continuous improvement of escalation and coordination processes.**Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field* 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, coordination, or project management* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Experience working in a matrix or regional organizational structure* Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks* Experience in demand management and escalation processes* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment* Fluent in English; in other language is a plus* Located in Germany, Switzerland or BeneluxWe are DS Smith, together with International Paper, we are a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions and other fibre-based products.We believe a better, more sustainable tomorrow is possible with the right people, who challenge and support one another to enact positive change.
