Responsibilities
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
A full-time vehicle to serve clients and get to showings and appointments
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Organized and manages time effectively
Self-motivation and drive
Compensation $127,000 - $219,000 at plan earnings
