We are hiring an experienced
Personal Lines Manager
to support our growing insurance agency. You will manage quoting, servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client communication across multiple carriers. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and confident in their insurance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls & quote requests
Quote Personal Lines policies across carriers
Process endorsements, renewals & new business
Maintain accurate client records in
QQ Catalyst
Support producers and deliver excellent client servicePerform basic administrative tasks (faxing, scanning, mail, etc.)
Requirements
2–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience (required)
Active P&C license or willingness to obtain immediately
Strong understanding of personal lines underwriting, coverage, and rating
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
Fast learner, organized, reliable, and proactive
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without oversight
High attention to detail and accuracy ( non-negotiable )
Experience with carrier portals;
QQ Catalyst
strongly preferred
