1+ years of leasing experience
Strong communication and closing skills
Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; Yardi a plus)
Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification
Tour prospects and showcase apartment homes and amenities
Follow up on leads and convert traffic into leases
Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects
Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-ins
Maintain strong market knowledge and stay ahead of competitors
Support resident retention and renewal efforts
