Strategic Employee & Labor Relations Specialist

A municipal government in Boynton Beach is seeking an Employee & Labor Relations Specialist who will conduct employee relations activities and help navigate the grievance process. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in labor relations. Responsibilities include managing workplace conflicts and supporting collective bargaining efforts. A valid Florida driver’s license is required, as well as obtaining CLRP Certification within two years of hire.
