Position Overview The Corporate Recruiter – Midstream is responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting to support high-volume hiring needs across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive recruitment experience from sourcing through offer acceptance. The recruiter will leverage strong relationship management, attention to detail, and expertise in recruiting best practices to deliver high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, debriefing, and offer negotiation.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Sourcing & Assessment
Execute effective sourcing strategies using various channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Evaluate applicants through resume reviews and phone screens to determine skill alignment and role fit.
Stakeholder Partnership
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing timely updates, guidance, and a consultative approach.
Represent the organization’s values and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
Process Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate and compliant applicant data within the ATS.
Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor recruiting metrics and performance indicators to optimize the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience supporting
high-volume recruiting
environments.
Familiarity with maintaining ATS data accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Workday ATS .
Recruiting experience in
petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related industries .
Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
