Position Overview Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Capital Markets Analyst/Associate

to join our team. This position will play a critical role in supporting the capital markets and investment functions of our growing portfolio, including debt and equity transactions, investor relations, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for real estate development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Capital Markets & Investment

Contribute in the execution of debt and equity raises, capital closings, and ongoing investor management.

Prepare professional investment marketing packages to support fundraising and deal execution efforts.

Coordinate data room organization and manage the due diligence process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required documentation.

Legal Document Management

Abstract and manage key legal agreements, including joint venture (JV), debt, property management, and association documents.

Oversee the organization, record keeping, and access control of legal documentation for ownership, development, and asset management teams.

Support the creation, review, and compliance of legal entities and associated documents.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Collaborate with the accounting team to coordinate lender financial reporting and conduct debt covenant analyses.

Maintain and optimize systems such as LoanBoss (debt management) and DealCloud (CRM and deal management).

Prepare financial analyses, including underwriting for new and stabilized assets, waterfall scenarios, and market studies.

Conduct scenario analyses related to interest rate fluctuations, comparative market studies, and other variables.

Education/Experience Qualifications & Skills

1-4 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, commercial brokerage, investment banking, commercial lending, or real estate development; direct exposure to debt and/or equity transactions preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with ARGUS is a plus).

Familiarity with real estate finance systems and market analytics.

Communication & Organization

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across development, asset management, accounting, and capital markets teams.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
