Your New Role: Assist this local consulting firm in administrating HR functions as a Temporary Benefits Specialist!
A sociable collaborator will thrive in this role, as you’ll work with the HR team to administer employee benefits, communicate effectively with internal teams for any benefits-related inquiries, and work with external insurance carriers and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues. You’ll generate and maintain HRIS reports, support enrollment and ongoing administration for group benefits, and process claims, changes and terminations.
You’ll fit right in with the team if you have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a hybrid role with three days in office, two from home, with a contract that will last through mid-September.

They are currently hybrid, and do a lot of meetings via Microsoft Teams, or meet up in their Portland‑chic downtown office.
