Scrum Master . As part of the Marketing Technology Digital Transformation, we are reinventing digital experiences across the home‑shopping and buying journey.

Position Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll help establish team metrics such as capacity and throughput so you can track sprint progress and help drive teams to meet their sprint goals.

This position leads, coaches, and guides teammates through the challenges of delivering best‑in‑class technology solutions while building a collaborative and productive work environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, to support structured and effective Agile execution.

Apply Scrum principles and Agile best practices to promote consistent processes, disciplined workflows, and continuous improvement.

Support backlog readiness and prioritization activities to help ensure work aligns with business objectives and delivery timelines.

Identify and track impediments affecting delivery progress and communicate risks or issues through established escalation channels.

Maintain Agile artifacts, metrics, and dashboards to promote transparency, visibility, and accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Collaborate with technology, business, and operational stakeholders to support alignment, information flow, and timely decision‑making.

Drive the implementation of actionable process and tool improvements based on retrospective outcomes and delivery insights.

Ensure Agile practices are executed in alignment with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and compliance guidelines while preserving delivery flexibility.

Support Agile adoption initiatives and contribute to organizational Agile maturity efforts

Assist with release planning, dependency management, and coordination

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Additional duties as assigned

Actively serve and support the Product Owner and Delivery Team in their effort to consistently meet sprint goals

Problem‑solve through delivery challenges, seek resolution and escalate when stalled

Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and cascading information

Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution as needed to make sure the team stays aligned and focused on the highest priority

Drive teammates to deliver on commitments and lead through delivery challenges

Guide the Scrum team in aligning priorities through collaboration and on how to use Agile/Scrum practices

Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.

Clearly communicate blockers, dependencies, risks, or concerns the team has

Core Competencies:

Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.

Build a trusting and safe foundation where problems can be raised in an environment that encourages open communication and continuous learning.

Assess the scrum maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is welcome, sustainable and comfortable for the team

Always be curious to know more about your team, your product, and the technologies that are used to deliver value.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Minimum3+years' experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator in digital related fields such as technology, engineering, data analysis, architecture, or design.

Previous experience working on software and/or mobile app development projects

Hands‑on experience applying Scrum and Agile methodologies in a cross‑functional environment

Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and iterative delivery methodologies

Ability to identify process inefficiencies, resolve team impediments, and drive continuous improvement

Strong technical acumen and knowledge of software development processes/procedures

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong presentation skills

Experience working in a fast‑paced, start‑up like environment

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Possess strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred

Experience supporting enterprise‑scale or multi‑team Agile initiatives

Background working in technology, digital, or product delivery environments

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)

Schedule: In office - Monday through Friday
