Senior Organic Growth Strategist (Hybrid | Long Island, NY)
We’re hiring a
Senior Organic Growth Strategist
to join a fast-moving digital agency team and lead organic performance across a diverse client portfolio.
This role is
SEO-first
and ideal for someone who loves owning strategy, rolling up their sleeves, and staying ahead of where organic search is headed.
You’ll report directly to the
Senior Director of Digital Strategy , mentor a junior SEO strategist, and collaborate closely with developers, content teams, and client stakeholders.
What You’ll Own
Build and execute SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page, technical SEO, link building)
Drive
local SEO
efforts (Google Business Profiles, Yext, localized content)
Contribute to blog strategy, optimization docs, and content publishing
Lead
online reputation management
from setup through review response
Own email marketing execution and A/B testing
Develop
AI Optimization (AIO)
strategies to increase visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
Stay on top of emerging trends in search, AI, and organic growth
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (AIO exposure a big plus)
Strong experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA, Yext, and Google Business Profiles
Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Confident writer, organized thinker, and proactive problem solver
Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
