Job Description State Farm Rain Guo Agency is looking for an insurance agent who is interested in long-term employment and career. This office sales job/insurance account manager role is combined with the duties of customer service and sales.

Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to assist clients with their insurance needs.
Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and use it as a basis for establishing and maintaining good relationships between customers and the Agency.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred.
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
People-oriented, positive personality.
Detail oriented.
Goal-oriented & self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills in written, listening, and speaking.
Insurance sales experience is a plus.
