Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will support client relationships by providing technical expertise, delivering customized solutions, and showcasing the value of the company’s product offerings. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing customer needs, conducting presentations and demonstrations, delivering technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support Solid background in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field preferred Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong time-management and self-motivation skills
