Responsibilities

Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their options.

Coordinate with our team to schedule showings that fit clients' needs and preferences.

Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.

Qualifications

Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.

Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently.

Knowledge of the Minneapolis‑St. Paul‑Bloomington real estate market and willingness to learn quickly.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a positive attitude.

Experience in using digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.

Compensation $115,000 - $205,000 yearly
