Support the team in organizing and conducting open houses and property showings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
Stay updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and recommendations.
Qualifications
Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to shared goals.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with the Minneapolis‑St. Paul real estate market is advantageous, but not essential.
Compensation $115,000 - $215,000 yearly
