As the Director of National Accounts, you will lead our fast-growing National Accounts team, reporting directly to the President of the company. You will oversee prospecting strategy, sales cadence and messaging, pipeline development and management, and ensure accountability to KPI metrics to drive growth in new business across our entire franchise system. Responsibilities

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it..) Lead the National Accounts team in generating new sales opportunities through tenacious outbound sales development, while growing existing revenue streams within your portfolio via focused account management and strong client relationships. Drive top-line revenue growth by managing a team of sales representatives, improving processes, implementing tech efficiencies, and enhancing technology utilization. Requirements: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to ensure team success and alignment with company goals. Actively build a strong sales pipeline yourself through prospecting, qualifying, generating proposals, effectively overcoming objections, and closing business. Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes, implement technology efficiencies, and adopt technology improvements to optimize operations and drive top-line revenue. Strong experience in prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and F2F meetings in pursuit of generating net-new business opportunities. Level up your competencies and expertise in everything related to outbound lead generation and prospecting. Use a value-led sales approach to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects and grow our business with current clients. Engage in meaningful discussions with high-level executives, ask thoughtful discovery questions, introduce our services while identifying other possible unique solutions to be offered, and handle objections as needed. Willingness to take on any responsibilities required to get business over the finish line. Maintain thorough and accurate records in our CRM and Sales Engagement platforms. Reconcile your portfolio's Invoicing & Collections inquiries and issues. Some trade show and conference travel required. Qualifications: Have at least 5 years of outbound B2B Sales Development experience or comparable sales experience, with proven leadership in managing sales teams. Have a proven track record of winning new business, growing accounts, and driving revenue growth. Have a positive attitude and an appetite for raising the bar in the way you approach sales and closing deals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Are driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic. Are coachable, collaborative, and curious. Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills. Can write a killer email and have a great phone presence. Are masters of efficiency, highly organized, and love using technology to get things done. Are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Comfortable/capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environment.
