Bilingual Intake Specialist . This is a
full-time, remote position
where you will serve as the
first point of contact for potential clients .
In this role, you will conduct intake interviews, gather essential client information, and represent the firm with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. You will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound client calls and conduct professional intake interviews
Follow firm-approved scripts and standardized intake questions
Gather and accurately document client information
Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding
Represent the law firm professionally and communicate its commitment to high-quality legal services
Maintain accurate and organized intake records
Provide excellent customer service to all callers
Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding
Required Qualifications Primary Requirements (in order of importance) Strong Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service Background
Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Natural confidence and trust-building abilities
Experience in customer-facing, service-oriented, or sales-driven roles
Law Firm Intake Experience (Preferred)
Prior experience conducting intake for a law firm
Familiarity with legal intake workflows and terminology
Employment Law Experience (Nice to Have)
Previous experience working with an employment law firm is a strong plus
Essential Skills
Fluent in
English and Spanish
(bilingual – required)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening, note-taking, and documentation abilities
Professional demeanor (comfortable on video calls)
Reliable internet connection and stable power supply
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
