Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to improve customer experience
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure seamless communication and support

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, community outreach, or event planning is a plus but not required
