Emergency Response Coordinator
to drive immediate mitigation capture across the Boise metro market. This is a
field‑first, high‑urgency role
focused on securing emergency mitigation work in real time.
Commonly referred to within the industry as a “fire chaser,” this role requires immediate deployment to loss events, strong on‑site presence, and the ability to close signed mitigation agreements under pressure. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in crisis environments while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and composure.
This is not a traditional sales role and not a desk‑based business development position. Success requires urgency, emotional intelligence, resilience, and strong closing capability.
Key Responsibilities Emergency Response & Deployment
Respond immediately to fire, water, and storm loss events throughout the Boise metro area
Arrive on‑site during or shortly after emergency incidents
Establish contact with property owners, managers, or responsible parties
Coordinate rapid mobilization of mitigation crews
Secure signed mitigation work authorizations
Clearly explain scope of work, insurance process, and next steps
Overcome objections in emotionally charged situations
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
Relationship Development
Build relationships with first responders, property managers, adjusters, and referral sources
Develop ongoing referral pipelines within assigned territory
Maintain professional and ethical representation in all field interactions
Operational Coordination
Communicate urgency and scope details to production leadership
Ensure smooth handoff from signed agreement to field operations
Support reconstruction handoff opportunities when applicable
Documentation & Reporting
Track site visits, lead sources, and conversion metrics
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
