We are representing a well-established restoration organization seeking an
Emergency Response Coordinator
to drive immediate mitigation capture across the Phoenix metro market. This is a
field-first, high-urgency role
focused on securing emergency mitigation work in real time. Commonly referred to within the industry as a “fire chaser,” this role requires immediate deployment to loss events, strong on-site presence, and the ability to close signed mitigation agreements under pressure. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in crisis environments while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and composure. This is not a traditional sales role and not a desk-based business development position. Success requires urgency, emotional intelligence, resilience, and strong closing capability. Key Responsibilities
Emergency Response & Deployment Respond immediately to fire, water, and storm loss events throughout the Phoenix metro area Arrive on-site during or shortly after emergency incidents Establish contact with property owners, managers, or responsible parties Coordinate rapid mobilization of mitigation crews Secure signed mitigation work authorizations Clearly explain scope of work, insurance process, and next steps Overcome objections in emotionally charged situations Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets Relationship Development Build relationships with first responders, property managers, adjusters, and referral sources Develop ongoing referral pipelines within assigned territory Maintain professional and ethical representation in all field interactions Operational Coordination Communicate urgency and scope details to production leadership Ensure smooth handoff from signed agreement to field operations Support reconstruction handoff opportunities when applicable Documentation & Reporting Track site visits, lead sources, and conversion metrics Maintain accurate CRM documentation Provide market intelligence and competitive insights What This Role Is — and Is Not

rapid-response field sales role , not a territory rep position This is not appropriate for candidates uncomfortable with irregular hours This role requires comfort operating at night, weekends, and during emergencies Success is measured by
