What You’ll Do
Coach and train technicians and sales staff to achieve performance goals
Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction
Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team environment
Track results, monitor KPIs, and maintain Supreme’s high service standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service industry preferred
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
