
Multi-Asset Trade Execution
Execute trades across futures, equities, interest rate swaps, currencies and credit index derivatives for a global systematic investment business.
Source liquidity from low touch (electronic algo) and high touch (voice, block, relationship) channels to execute both outright and multi-legged orders (e.g. calendar rolls, yield curve spreads, etc.).
Manage the method and the intraday timing of executions in line with best execution standards.
Ensure all activity remains in compliance with the approved Trading Mandates and Capula’s risk limits.
Collect, monitor, and analyze data on execution quality/slippage to optimize the investment process.
Central Execution Platform
Contribute to the design and implementation of Capula’s new central execution platform.
Identify workflow, connectivity, and technology requirements, liaising with the Investment Team, Technology, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless integration.
Highlight opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation and improve operational controls
Other Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and trading venues to ensure optimal liquidity access and pricing.
Collaborate with other Capula trading teams, sharing market colour and insights.
Collaborate with the Investment Team, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product Control to ensure a risk-free trade lifecycle.
Education and Qualifications
Quantitative degrees (stats, math, econ, finance, computer science) preferred.
Experience and Skills
3-5 years of experience executing high volumes of trades
Deep domain expertise in one or more asset classes
Experience working with OMS/EMS systems (e.g. FlexTrade)
High attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Quick decision-making skills.
Depending on experience, this role is offering a range of USD 150,000-USD 200,000 base salary, plus a discretionary bonus.
