Role Description As an Account Executive for Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads for IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to identify their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting commercial sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Albuquerque, NM, requiring close collaboration with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and success. We do offer a hybrid model of working in office and from home after a 2 month period of time.

What You’ll Do

Use proven sales strategies to proactively prospect and identify new clients in the SMB and mid-market space.

Generate qualified leads for Abba Managed Services.

Build and expand a robust book of business through outbound calling and cold outreach.

Clearly communicate the Abba Technologies value proposition to key decision-makers.

Develop, maintain, and leverage strong partnerships with top OEMs and distributors, including

HP, HPE, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, VMware, Lenovo, and Microsoft .

Manage your time effectively to consistently meet sales goals and performance metrics.

Plan and organize daily and weekly activities to drive strong sales execution.

Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and proposals to support the sales process.

Qualifications

Minimum of

2 year of experience

selling technical products, with a demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close accounts over the phone (highly preferred).

Experience selling one or more major technology product lines—such as

HP, HPE, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, VMware, Lenovo, and Microsoft —is strongly preferred.

Highly energetic, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to exceed goals.

Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.

Competitive mindset with the ability to surpass targets and deliver exceptional results.

Passion for building strong customer relationships and solving business challenges.

Effective and persuasive communication style, both verbal and written.

Proven ability to create new opportunities, drive sales activity, and produce measurable results.
