What You’ll Do
Make high‑volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling
Qualify prospects using a clear script and criteria
Schedule in‑home consultations for our design and sales team
Accurately document calls, outcomes, and notes in our CRM
Follow daily call, appointment, and quality benchmarks
Maintain focus and consistency in a fast‑paced, repetitive workflow
Compensation & Earnings
$40,000 base salary
Commission and performance incentives
Realistic total earnings of $55K–$65K
Top performers can earn up to $80,000+ annually
