We are looking for an experienced
Property Manager
fluent in
English and German
to oversee our growing portfolio of
short-term rentals (STR) and vacation properties . If you have hands-on experience managing Airbnb-style listings, optimizing revenue, and delivering exceptional guest experiences — we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of STR / vacation rental properties Oversee listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo Optimize pricing strategies and occupancy rates Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management Handle guest communication (pre-stay, during stay, and post-stay) Monitor reviews and maintain high guest satisfaction scores Ensure compliance with local short-term rental regulations Prepare performance and revenue reports Requirements: Fluency in
English and German
