$18–$28/hr + UNCAPPED commission

What You’ll Be Known For You are the first voice homeowners hear when they reach out to The Third Estimate — and that matters.
You’ll:
Handle a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls
Ask smart questions and actively listen to homeowners’ needs
Educate customers on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior services
Confidently set quality appointments for our Sales team
Re-engage warm leads and past customers
Work closely with Sales & Operations to keep jobs moving smoothly
Document calls accurately in our CRM
Hit (and exceed) daily and monthly performance goals

Home improvement or construction experience is a plus — not required
