As a Designer – Soft Home, you will:
Lead design projects from concept to final product
Create innovative, on‑trend soft home collections
Conduct trend research & market analysis
Select materials with strong knowledge of color, texture & fabric
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product development, sourcing & stakeholders
Present collections confidently to clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite & CAD tools
Deep understanding of trend forecasting & consumer insights
Leadership ability to mentor and guide junior designers
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field
Work on innovative, market‑relevant collections
Hybrid flexibility (Boston‑based role)
