This role leads the technical orchestration of our marketing tech stack and the standardization of processes required to scale engagement and quality pipeline. As the ultimate HubSpot authority, you will deploy the platform’s full technical potential to maximize funnel velocity and revenue attribution. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, you will be a revenue-minded leader, acting as the primary technical bridge between Marketing and RevOps to ensure our execution is perfectly aligned with business needs and data integrity. Candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area would be hybrid with 2 days/week in office.
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:
Architect and govern the end-to-end marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot, Web/Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
Orchestrate and maintain the Global Reporting Framework within HubSpot, ensuring 100% data integrity and providing a "single source of truth" for lead-to-revenue performance.
Partner with Marketing Leadership to design and scale a measurement program that proves the ROI and efficacy of all marketing spend.
Serve as the primary SME for the marketing tech stack, proactively sourcing and implementing new solutions (e.g., referral/partner platforms) to solve business bottlenecks.
Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Web/Engineering, and RevOps to eliminate execution friction and accelerate campaign velocity.
Design and own technical tracking frameworks for major multi‑channel initiatives, ensuring accurate attribution for high‑stakes programs like SEMA or direct mail.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
5+ years in Marketing/RevOps, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Expert‑level HubSpot proficiency with a track record of orchestrating complex automation and advanced data hygiene.
The "Architect" Mindset: Ability to translate complex business goals into functional technical requirements for Marketing and Engineering.
Attribution Expertise: Hands‑on experience with multi‑touch attribution tools (e.g., Dreamdata) and lead-to-revenue reporting models.
Proven Project Orchestration for high‑stakes, multi‑channel initiatives (Events, Direct Mail, Digital) with 100% attribution accuracy.
Experience sourcing, vetting, and fully deploying new MarTech solutions (e.g., Partner/Referral platforms).
A "figure‑it‑out" operator who can diagnose and fix execution bottlenecks without constant developer support.
