Accountabilities
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and business stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with strategic goals.
Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles to create learner-centered, engaging educational experiences.
Design and curate diverse learning formats, including self-paced e-learning, virtual training, interactive simulations, and on-the-job activities.
Leverage generative AI tools, including building and deploying custom GPT solutions, to enhance instructional design and learning delivery.
Ensure instructional quality, consistency, accessibility, and relevance across all training materials and modalities.
Manage project timelines, resources, and workflows to deliver learning initiatives efficiently and on schedule.
Continuously experiment with innovative storytelling, engagement techniques, and emerging technologies to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field, ideally within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning models.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including configuring and prototyping custom GPTs or similar solutions.
Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models and AI-assisted learning technologies.
High attention to detail, creativity, and comfort working in iterative, agile environments.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, practical, and scalable learning solutions.
