What You’ll Do

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community loyalty.

Create, curate, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.

Monitor conversations and engage with community members to foster relationships and build brand trust.

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, making data‑driven recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align social media initiatives with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Manage social media campaigns, paid promotions, and influencer partnerships.

Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to drive innovation.

Develop and enforce social media guidelines, brand voice, and community standards.

Mentor junior social media team members and support professional development.

What Sets You Apart

Proven experience managing social media platforms and online communities for brands.

Strong understanding of social media analytics, content strategies, and community management best practices.

Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a passion for building engaged online communities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.

Compensation Range $75,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
