Junior/Intermediate Designer
with
3-4 years of experience
in commercial interiors to join our architecture studio in
San Francisco, CA .
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality interior design solutions for workplace, retail, and other commercial projects. This role offers exposure to collaborative project teams and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic design environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of commercial interior projects from concept through completion
Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers to execute design intent
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations
Conduct research on materials, finishes, and furnishings for project proposals
Ensure design solutions meet project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Maintain organized project files and documentation for construction and client use
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in commercial interior design
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
Strong understanding of commercial interiors, materials, and furniture systemsAbility to create presentation materials, 3D models, and renderings
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple project tasks
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction documentation a plus
