What you’ll do
Report directly to the founding team to help Openlayer expand its core product
Design ship first-class, web-native UI experiences
Work closely with customers to iterate on UI/UX and deliver highly-requested features and improvements
Define a roadmap for product that turns customer problems into solutions
Help grow the team and elevate design within the company
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in product and design
Passion for AI systems and developer experience
Ability to drive projects from idea to completion with no hand-holding
