Business Development Executive – IT MSP Location: Remote / Field Sales (Miami – Florida)

Opportunity Our Client is a consolidated Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a track record of success in Brazil. We are currently executing an strategic expansion plan for Florida and LATAM, seeking high-level professionals to join our US operations.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a true Hunter Mindset to lead our new client acquisition in Florida. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and wants to own the Full Sales Cycle from prospecting to closing. If you are ready to execute a proven commercial strategy and capitalize on an uncapped commission structure, this opportunity is for you.

We don’t micromanage. We provide the Playbook, the Product/Services, and the Brand. You provide the hustle and close the deals.

What You Will Do (The Role) You will own the Full Sales Cycle—from prospecting to signing the contract.

Hunt & Prospect: Identify new business opportunities among SMBs in Florida (Cold calling, Networking, Referrals).

Consult & Diagnose: Understand client pain points and present the Managed IT, Cybersecurity and Resilience solutions.

Close the Deal: Negotiate contracts and sign Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) agreements.

Relationship Management: Maintain the initial relationship to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.

The Compensation (Uncapped Potential) We have designed a compensation structure that rewards performance with both immediate cash flow and long-term wealth building.

Base Salary: $42,000 USD/year (Bi-weekly pay).

Immediate Commission (Cash Flow): You earn 50% of the Onboarding/Setup Fee immediately upon signing a new client. High performers use this for immediate income boosts.

Recurring Commission (Wealth Building): You earn up to 5% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on your active contracts.

* This allows you to build a cumulative “passive income” portfolio month over month.

Commission structure subject to an annual step-down plan, with performance-based locks.

Mandatory Requirements

Sales DNA: We don't count years; we count wins. You must have a proven history of hunting and closing B2B deals.

Language Skills: Brazilian Portuguese Fluency is mandatory (Spoken & Written). English Proficiency must be at a professional level for business negotiations.

Legal Status: Must have valid US Work Authorization.

Mobility: Must reside in Florida and possess reliable transportation/driver’s license for client visits.

Tech Readiness: Must have a professional Home Office setup with own Laptop and Smartphone (BYOD).

Soft Skills: High resilience, autonomy, and the ability to follow a structured Commercial Playbook.

Preferred Qualifications (Differentials)

Education: Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required. We value practical sales results over diplomas.

Industry Experience: Proven track record specifically in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector is a major differentiator.

Networking: Active membership in business groups (BNI, Chambers of Commerce, Rotary, etc.) or established social circles that can generate trust-based referrals.

Existing Portfolio: Candidates who can demonstrate an existing network of potential B2B contacts or a book of business to leverage immediately will be prioritized.

Terms of Employment

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee.

Classification: Exempt (Outside Sales).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours (Flexibility required for client networking).

Probation Period: 90 Days.

Benefits & Perks

PTO: 10 Days of Paid Time Off (Vacation/Sick) + US Federal Holidays. (Increases to 15 days after 2 years of tenure).

Health Stipend: $150.00/month allowance (starts after the 90-day probationary period).

Mileage Reimbursement: Paid according to IRS standard rates for client visits.

Location: Prime office in Downtown Miami (near Bayside), with flexibility for home office and field work.
