This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution—overseeing all marketing initiatives that support listings, agents, and company growth while maintaining a consistent, high‑end aesthetic across every touchpoint.
This position works closely with leadership, agents, photographers, designers, and vendors to ensure every property and campaign reflects the sophistication and excellence expected in the luxury market.

Responsibilities Brand & Strategy
Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a polished, cohesive luxury image
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market positioning
Uphold brand standards across print, digital, social, and experiential marketing
Listing & Property Marketing
Oversee end‑to‑end marketing for luxury listings, including launch strategy, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate professional photography, videography, drone, copywriting, and staging assets
Review and approve all listing materials to ensure premium quality and brand consistency
Create compelling property narratives tailored to affluent buyers
Digital & Social Media
Manage website content, listing uploads, and featured property placements
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and paid campaigns
Collaborate on high‑quality social content that reflects lifestyle, design, and market expertise
Track engagement, performance, and optimise campaigns accordingly
Agent Marketing Support
Partner with agents to create customised, on‑brand marketing materials
Provide guidance on personal branding, listing presentations, and marketing best practices
Develop templates and tools that empower agents while protecting the brand
Campaigns & Advertising
Plan and execute brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and property launches
Manage digital and print advertising, including luxury publications and targeted media
Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
Events & Brand Presence
Support marketing for luxury open houses, broker events, and brand activations
Ensure events align with brand standards and create elevated client experiences
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor marketing performance, lead sources, and ROI
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
Stay informed on luxury real estate trends, marketing innovations, and competitive activity
Qualifications
3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, or high‑end brands, proficient in Canva, and Adobe graphic design experience
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy
Exceptional attention to detail and design sensibility
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM systems, MLS, and social media tools
Preferred Experience
Luxury real estate or brokerage marketing experience
Experience working with high‑net‑worth clientele
Familiarity with Florida real estate markets and regulations
Background in creative direction or brand management
