We are seeking a highly motivated

Sales Support Coordinator

to support Business Development for Distribution within the Automotive Embedded Business Unit (AEBU). In this temporary role, you will be a key member of the AMR and European Business Development Manager (BDM) team, helping to develop distribution corporate business while managing and supporting distribution accounts.

This role requires strong customer focus, technical understanding, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across global teams.

Key Responsibilities Business & Account Support

Support Sales and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) in understanding customer needs to propose best product solutions aligned with AEBU strategy.

Enable and support design‑in/design‑win activities, including preferred product sampling aligned with product roadmap objectives.

Manage and support distribution accounts, ensuring timely and comprehensive customer support.

Actively contribute to resolving customer issues by coordinating meetings with key stakeholders and driving follow‑up actions.

Market & Product Coordination

Provide regular customer feedback and competitive insights to central marketing regarding product roadmaps, product lines, and market trends.

Collaborate with AEBU worldwide counterparts (Marketing, Engineering, Ecosystem teams) to synchronize product and segment strategies.

Keep AEBU members and management regularly informed on business status, product requirements, and account updates through structured presentations and data reporting.

Deliver marketing messages and product updates to customers through documentation, presentations, and events.

Forecasting & Planning

Analyze customer demand to improve forecast accuracy and ensure supply continuity.

Provide long‑term demand visibility to support business planning processes.

Synthesize data and reports to recommend actionable solutions and business improvements.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, or Product Engineering preferred;

5+ years of experience in a similar sales support, business development, or product support function.

Solid background and understanding of the semiconductor industry required.

Skills & Competencies

Technical aptitude with the ability to understand application requirements.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence, advise, and consult effectively.

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.

Process‑oriented, organized, and solution‑driven mindset.

Ability to manage short‑notice requests and operate in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and presentation tools.

Availability to support European and East Coast time zones (e.g., 6:00 AM Pacific start time as needed).
