
Role Summary
The Customer Administrator role will play a critical role in supporting our customer organization and advancing a best‑in‑class customer experience across our avocado business. This role partners closely with Customer, Supply chain, Operations, Logistics, Ripening, Finance, and emerging E‑commerce initiatives to ensure seamless execution from order to delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to the customer team
Process, verify and enter orders into the system and ensure accuracy
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or concerns
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Coordinate with shipping, supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders
Support sales representatives in managing client accounts and communication concerning adjustments and changes to orders
Maintaining Westfalia customer service standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in a produce sales support or customer service role preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using CRM software preferably Produce Pro and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
Desirable
Previous experience in the Fresh Produce industry would be advantageous
