We’re searching for a fantastic communicator and process professional to support our elite customer services team in the US, supporting the world’s biggest films, from scripting through to theatrical release — and beyond. As our
Cinema Account Manager , you’ll be a go‑to person for your customer’s global theatrical releases, guiding each title through asset creation, technical production, and delivery pipelines.
This isn’t just account management — it’s the service that launches films to silver screens across the world. You’ll be a trusted partner for clients, an orchestrator across teams, and a steady force that keeps complex workflows humming. What You’ll Do
Support the journey:
As part of an elite team, you’ll support the full lifecycle of film titles — from scripting and localization through cinema mastering, theatrical delivery and licensing.
Be the connector:
Unite Deluxe’s creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure clarity, cohesion, and momentum.
Communicate with confidence:
Keep clients informed, supported, and delighted every step of the way.
Stay ahead of the curve:
Spot roadblocks before they appear, and drive solutions that protect timelines and quality.
Keep systems sharp:
Ensure that all project data, milestones, and updates are accurate and always up to date.
Champion excellence:
Push for top‑tier quality across subtitling, audio mixing, picture editing, mastering, QC and delivery.
Elevate the workflow:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and deliver a smoother, smarter operational experience.
What You Bring
A track record managing multi‑stakeholder projects with tight turnarounds.
Exceptional communication skills — you can zoom out for big‑picture strategy and zoom in for precise detail.
A collaborative mindset and the relationship‑building skills to align teams and clients effortlessly.
Experience in account management, project management, post‑production, localization, or a customer facing position.
An understanding of end‑to‑end workflows, from script to screen is an advantage.

This role is based in Burbank, California and the base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 USD annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
