Regional Sales Manager – Water Treatment / Wastewater Industry Experience Required

$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Training & Development + Healthcare & Benefits Package

This organization are a well backed start up, now entering the growth phase of their operations. As the company enters a major commercialization phase, they are seeking an experienced Sales Lead / Manager to build and grow a national distributor and partner network across the United States.
This position will work closely with senior leadership and technical teams, including Sales Engineering, to drive market adoption and customer engagement. You will lead distributor onboarding, support partners through the full sales cycle, develop pipeline strategy, and act as a key commercial driver for market expansion.

The Person: Sales Manager, Regional Sales Lead or Sales Director experience
Background in water treatment, wastewater, or industrial process technology
