Regional Sales Manager – Water Treatment / Wastewater
Remote – 50% travel US wide
$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Training & Development + Healthcare & Benefits Package

This organization is a well‑backed start‑up, now entering the growth phase of its operations. As the company enters a major commercialization phase, it is seeking an experienced Sales Lead / Manager to build and grow a national distributor and partner network across the United States.
This position will work closely with senior leadership and technical teams, including Sales Engineering, to drive market adoption and customer engagement. You will lead distributor onboarding, support partners through the full sales cycle, develop pipeline strategy, and act as a key commercial driver for market expansion.

Sales Manager, Regional Sales Lead or Sales Director experience
Background in water treatment, wastewater, or industrial process technology
