We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North America team in Chicago and help us take Buildots to the next level. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (not necessarily in SaaS!) who’s ready to work hard, commit, and grow with us.
You’ll be at the frontlines of our sales efforts — opening doors, starting conversations, and teeing up opportunities for our Account Executives. You'll learn how to work with enterprise clients, sell cutting-edge tech, and thrive in the high-energy world of startups.
What you'll do
Research large enterprise companies and identify the right decision-makers
Use a multi-channel approach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with prospects
Deliver our value proposition in a way that gets people genuinely excited
Ask smart questions to qualify prospects and uncover real business pain
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Hit monthly/quarterly goals and help drive revenue growth
Partner with our sales team to create seamless handoffs and killer demos
Requirements
1–2 years of B2B sales experience
Adaptable, quick to adjust, and thrive in fast-changing environments
Gritty and willing to put in the work — you love a challenge
Comfortable using and learning new tools — you’re naturally tech-savvy
Committed and motivated to grow with the company long-term
Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
Based in Chicago (hybrid working arrangement)
